2 Bedroom Rental


I’m moving back to Brooklyn from Miami and am looking for a 2 bedroom rental. Before I moved, I had a 1 bedroom in the Slope for $1275. From what I gather, rents are quite a bit more than that. What can I get for $2500? Is there room to negotiate? My friend just rented a big 2 bedroom in Battery Park City for $2500 (negotiating the owner down from $3300). Is Park Slope really more expensive than Lower Manhattan?

Realtor Recommendations


Looking for a 2 bedroom to rent for Oct 1. Does anyone have any good realtor recommendations. Preferable location Bococa, PSlope but will take Clinton Hill Prospect Heights. Price up to $2500.
