Samsung Ductless A/C Warranty Repair


The installer that I used to install my Samsung Free Joint Multi Ductless A/C system has gone missing, and I am looking for a local company to do a warranty repair. The only companies listed on the support website are in NJ. Does anyone have a recommendation? Any help would be much appreciated.

Double Cast Iron Utility Sink


Where would you go to find a sink like this one (preferably with legs) other than Craigs List. It doesn’t have to be in great shape. I plan on using it as a utility sink.

It also doesn’t have to be exactly like the one in the picture.

Boiler Pilot Light Out


The pilot light on my boiler (Gas fired steam) has gone out on its own twice over the last week. It lights back up just fine. What are some of the causes of this, and is there any cause for concern?

Recessed Radiator Help


The recessed radiator at the bottom of the attached picture has been disconnected. I assume it has been disconnected because whoever installed the floor in this bathroom covered up the access panel and it can’t be opened. Anyhow, I would like to replace this radiator with something that would fit this space. The opening in question is approximately 16″ x 13″ and this is a single pipe steam system. Access to the an air shaft to run the piping can be obtained by removing the hamper, and from directly below in the basement in case you were wondering.

Thorocoat by the Gallon?


Does anyone know if and where Thorocoat is sold by the gallon? I have to do some touch-up work, and don’t want to buy 5 gallons of the stuff. I need gray.
