Can anyone recommend an intercom system installation company? I am looking to get an estimate for the installation of an intercom system in a 4-unit co-op.

Local Brooklyn banks


I am looking to get a mortgage for an apartment in a three unit condo in north Park Slope (b/w 6th and 7th avenues). We can’t go with a big bank as only one unit is in contract (an all cash deal) and 71% need to be sold or in contract. I am looking for suggestions of local Brooklyn banks that might be willing to lend. We are putting a very large amount down, have excellent credit, our only issue is the building.
