Reliable Plumber for Small Jobs
Was having a lot of difficulty scheduling the “buildings plumber” My small job (slow draining shower) wasn’t a priority.
Called Robert at Pipe Rite and he came over same day. $65 and 10 minutes and my shower has never drained so quickly.

Amazing Electrician
I’m doing a large renovation in my 1 br in pk slope. I was looking to relocate several receptacles and light fixtures. The initial quote from my contractors electrician came in at $150 per point. I contacted Russell Yevgeniy from RVA Electric and he did the job for less than half of that. He was on time, very professional and did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Great Local Plumber – Done Rite
I’ve had 2 great experiences with Mo from Done Rite plumbing. He is VERY reasonable and extremely reliable. He is the preferred plumber for our co-op. He’s done work in West Brooklyn for many years.
He can be contacted at 917-757-4061
ceiling soundproofing
I need to install soundproofing in my ceiling (bad footfall noise) I’ve looked at all of the info on the forum (isolation clips, green glue, quiet rock, etc). Does anyone have a recommendation for a contractor that has successfully completed one of these projects? I’m not exactly a DIY’er. I saw one ref to Dan Avallone in BK. I called City Soundproofing and they estimate $35 per sq foot, which would be about $15,000 for my tiny apartment.
Any recommendations or info would be greatly appreciated.
thanks all
