Recommendation Phils Air


We recently had two mini-split aircontioners installed by Phils Air Conditioning and Heating. They did an amazing job and were extremely helpful with some tricky issues we had – even coming back two months later to change a pipe layout which didn’t work with our new deck build.
Phil was very reasonably priced and his team was really a pleasure to work with.
The system they installed also did a wonderful job through August with far superior cooling with similar impact on our monthly electricity bill than previous window units.

For the interested we have two yard compressors with internal units on parlor and first (one above parlor) floor. Pipework was well disguised where visible by the finish guys who work with Phil.

Landmark Window Rec


I have to say its been unbelievably useful to have all the word of mouth recommendations for tradesmen available on this website…..
In keeping with the spirit I’d like to recommend Windows We Are for the installation of our landmark approved windows. They handled the permit approval process for a reasonable expediting fee and the installation was very clean and efficient – needless to say the windows look great.
