We’d like to convert the wood burning fireplace in our brownstone to gas and are running into conflicting
advice from our plumber, carpenters and chimney guys, as well as the vendor of the gas fixture/unit in regards to the size of the chimney opening and proper venting.
Has anyone gone through
this process who would be willing to share information and experience?
