I would not recommend anyone rent at 150 Clermont looking for a luxury rental as advertised. The apts have basic finishes in comparison to other rentals, there’s no common room and the world class gym is still not complete. It resembles someone’s basement. The maintenance of the building is awful and I don’t know which is worse, the stench of the hallway or the filthy carpet, it’s probable source. There’s always something wrong – right not the security system doesn’t work. I was definitely duped and will not be renewing the lease.
