Recommendation for a rental agent


We are going to be relocating to Europe for two years and are looking for an agent to rent out our 2300-ft brownstone duplex in Brooklyn Heights. Any recommendations for companies and/or specific agents/brokers would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

recommend a sidewalk guy?


We are in a landmarked area, and we have a violation for a cracked sidewalk, from trucks parking on it. We’re looking for
1. someone to repair the sidewalk
2. any experience with putting in bollards to deter the trucks?
