Deck Cleaner Needed


I am looking for someone to come by and clean our steel deck. It needs to be scrubbed down and look presentable for an outdoor event. Any good suggestions?

Cable Provider: Time Warner or Direct TV


I have had increasing trouble with Time Warner digital service and am thinking about the switch to Direct TV. Does anyone have thoughts on the two providers? If you have Direct TV how is the service?

Backyard Maintenance


We are looking for someone to come by our house weekly to mow the lawn (we have a small electric mower), clean up leaves on our garden and deck (we have f ew trees that shed leaves regularly), as well as keep the deck clean in general (its a steel deck)…Anybody know of a good, reliable, professional person to help here…Thanks!

Caterer/Griller for Backyard Brownstone BBQ


I am hosting about 20 colleagues at my brownstone, and was looking for someone who would could barbecue and someone else to bartend. Ideall solution would be a small scale catering operation where someone brings in the meats and does the cooking, while someone else mixes drinks. Any suggestions for an event like this?
