I live in an old, small (18×35, 3 story) townhouse in 18×100 lot. The building is not historical, has some structural issue, which is not worth saving any anything (including the facade), so we would like to tear it down, and rebuild the new 4 story building.

My husband is very handy, and he would be able to do most of the finish works, so we are looking to build a “shell”, with only finished drywall, plumbing, and electrical.

Would you have any recommendation on architects who has done tear-down/new construction for town house, with some green aspect in mind?
