I’m thinking of moving to the area, and found a great apartment on the block between Smith and Hoyt on Baltic, but am wondering if anyone knows if there’s any spike in crime around the Hoyt St. housing projects, or near the Cobble Hill high school. It looks like there are few “luxury” developments going up on these blocks too. Thoughts? Thanks.
