stair repair


Does anybody have a good recommendation for people who repair stairs? Nothing’s really wrong with them, actually, just a previous owner modified the staircase, and replaced the bottom five stairs with a cheap ugly wood.

Can anybody recommend a good home inspector? My ceiling has ominous cracks in it.
