Ditmas Park Pre-School Help Needed


I’m seriously considering buying a house in the Ditmas Park area. My child will be entering pre-k this fall.
My assumption is that all of the spots in 139 & 217 are filled–though I don’t know for sure because neither of the schools will return my phone calls.

Do I have any other options?

Jumbo Mortgage Rates…


I’ve been poking around and am astounded at the rates being offered.

Even with conforming mortgages hovering around 6%, I’m seeing jumbo rates above 8%.

Anyone else experiencing the same or am I dealing with the wrong agent?
