Coop Commercial Mortgage Rates?


Hello, my small member-run coop is considering refinancing our small underlying mortgage. Does anyone know what the commercial rates for small coop loans are at these days? We’re currently paying 8.8%

Wood floor refinishing: reccos?


Im looking to have 3 rooms (approx 600 sq feet) in an older building in prospect heights sanded, stained and refinished. I’m looking for honest and reliable tradesmen with good examples and references. Who would you suggest I contact?
