Neighbor putting up fence on our side of property line
Hi,
We own the garden apartment in a small coop. We discovered today that one of the neighbors who abuts on the back of our property line has removed their fence and dug holes on the property line and about one foot deep into our yard, presumably for the posts in their new fence. These neighbors did not ask us for permission or otherwise contact us about this. While we have no objection to their putting up a new fence on their property, we do not want to lose a foot of our backyard to them. Can anyone recommend ways to deal with this type of situation?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions and guidance.
Architect/Expediter for deck
Hi,
Can anyone recommend an architect and/or expediter who can help repair/replace a deck up to code?
Thanks much!
Poison ivy removal?
I am a new owner of a garden coop. When I turned my attention to the garden a few weeks back, I realized that I had some substantial poison ivy vines running through the rose bush, the English Ivy, and woven around and through the deck supports and railings. Can anyone recommend a local landscaper or gardener who would be willing to help tackle this problem or suggest other ways of removing it without also killing the rose bush? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
