White paint question


Dear all
I could really use some advice about what color white to paint my trim and doors in my apartment.
I am going with Atrium White (benjamin) for the whole place with the exception of the bedrooms which will be Decorator’s White(benjamin).
Any suggestions or ideas on how to choose trim color would be greatly appreciated. I just want a plain white which will complement the wall whites I chose (one is warm(atrium) and one is cool(decorators)

Someone for bath enclosure


Help. I have 2 bathrooms which are vented but there are no fans sucking up the air. I would like to install fans into the vents. Who should I contact? An electrician? I also need to hire someone to install a bath enclosure (or splash guard) in one of the bathrooms. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated!

Tudor Realty Management


I am moving into a coop which is run by Tudor Realty Management and have been hearing nightmares about them. Are they that bad? Does anybody have any experience with them?

Griffin vs. Clinton Hill Coops


Has anyone lived in either of these buildings? Can anyone attest to the quality of the management/cleanliness of the buildings?
I am not interested in the train debate just the quality of the buildings themselves and wether or not they are well managed.

From what I have seen Clinton Hill Coops look great. Clean and decent looking hallways, elevators, etc. Seems like a really active board.
Though I love the architecture of the Griffin the hallways and lobby and common areas look AWFUL. Totally run down and shabby which is such a shame….looks like it is falling apart.
