Stone Remainders/Scraps?


I would like to find a bunch of stone scraps for my metal radiator covers so they don’t get trashed by plants & toys. Custom sizes would be great but looking for cheap, so any place that might have a bunch? TIA

Installing Electronic Panel Myself?


First, I have no fix-it skills, but I am pissed off enough at Jennair to try. For the 3rd time in 3 years the electric panel on my stove has died. Costs about $200-$250. Jennair will give me a break if I install myself. Can I do this? TIA

Bed Bug ID, etc.


Little panicked here. I live in a coop in Prospect Heights & I think we may have bed bugs. I just found a bug on my son’s bedroom rug. I looked on the DOH website & it looks like it could be one or a spider beetle. He has some bites that could be bbs or mosquitoes. I would like to find out what type of bug this is before we start shelling out the cash. Anybody know where I can get this little guy I caught identified? Who in the area is great at getting rid of there critters without breaking the bank? Thanks.

Main Line?


My husband & kids (5 & 6 yo) are moving to Philly for my husband’s job. Great schools is our priority. Can anyone tell me where the great schools are on the Main Line? Where would progressive, liberal transplanted Brooklynians feel at home (or hom-ish if that is the best we can do) on the Main Line? TIA
