Renter with Question


I’ve given my landlord our new lease more than 2 mos ago. She refuses to return it to me fully executed. She’s “too busy” even though I offered to pick it up. Does anyone have any idea if this is legal or is she just a power tripper and “soooo busy”
Would love to have my lease back for insurance purposes among other things. Looking forward to hearing from anyone with some insight.

Short term sublet


Does anyone know where I can post my apartment for a short term sublet? I just don’t trust craigslist. I have a really nice 1br w/garden in Clinton Hill. I’ll be away for the month of September, or earlier, I’m flexible. Anyone have any family or friends coming to town for a month or so?

Alternate Side Parking Suspended


For those that haven’t heard, alternate side parking is suspended for the next 6 weeks in Ft Greene and Clinton Hill while they change the signs.
