Need an attorney to get me out of house


I bought a house in New Jersey five years ago, and it is now worth about half of what I paid. Anyone have any experience in getting out of a mortgage? I have another house in NYC and don’t want to ruin my credit, but really can no longer afford to carry a second house.

Condo can’t get c of o


I bought into this condo under a temporary c of o. Now the building cannot get a permanent c of o and everyone here is living without c of o. What can we do?
