Cellulose insulation for a flat roof


Hi. I am considering insulating a flat roof on a brownstone with cellulose. Will I have an issue when it will be time to replace the roof? is there anything else I should be concerned about?

Steel Doors


I have a 6 family brownstone. All the apartments have old wood doors that will need to be replaced soon.
I would like to replace 6 wood doors with steel doors. Does anyone have someone they can recommend? Any idea how much it would cost?

park slope sewer system


During yesterday’s thunderstorms the basement in my building was flooded. The pumps were working but the main sewer was overwhelmed with the amount of water that came down. I noticed most of my neighbores having the same issue. I called 311 and they said that they will have the DEP take a look. I understand that this has been an issue for many years now. Does anyone have and idea’s on how to resolve this issue?
