Lush Green Garden Plants For Sale


We are selling 4 beautiful, healthy bushes:
- 2 Grey Dogwood Bushes. They are about 6′ tall and 4′ wide. They have pretty, white small blossoms and reddish stalks. (See photo at http://www.all-creatures.org/pica/ftshl-dogwood-gr-01.jpg)
- Holly bush. About 3-1/2′ tall, 2′ wide.
- “Boxwood-like” Evergreen bush with rounded, oblong leaves that are a rich green color. About 3′ tall, 2′ wide.

C of O change without Expeditor


We are nearing the end of our big renovation and are considering going solo for the actual C of O change–inspection, etc.–to save the expeditor fee(quoted $2K).We are going from an SRO to a 3-family and have a letter of no objection and certificate of no harassment.
Can anybody offer any info/stories/recs about trying to handle this part of the DOB process without an expeditor? Thanks!

Home Security and Intercom System


We are looking for recommendations on a wired security system (our walls are open for renovation right now) and an installer for a phone-based intercom system.
Also, has anyone installed this type of alarm system in their multi-unit house? We will be renting out our garden and top floors, with the plan to take over the top floor in a few years. How would an intercom system work with this set-up?
Any info/leads would be greatly appreciated.

We bought this beautiful, white Italian porcelain sink from RH in July for our Master Bath and changed our layout, so it won’t fit anymore. It is in brand new in the box.
