early 1900′s Coal burning furnace – anyone want it?


There is a ‘Perfect 901′ coal-burning furnace (defunct) in my basement. Richardson & Boynton, patented in 1900 – who knows actual year of make. Any ideas on who might want it – is it of use? art? or just scrap? I’d like to find it a new home or at least get it out of mine…

Recs for termite and lead paint inspectors?


Signing a contract on a brownstone in Prospect Hts this week (yippee!) and then have 10 days to do termite/pest inspection and lead paint testing. Any recommendations of good inpectors or companies that can do this on short notice?
