How much for new w/d hookups?


I own a condo with a dishwasher but no washer/dryer hook ups. One plumber told me it would cost $1400 to add them to the sink lines, going along through the back of the kitchen cabinets not going through any walls.. This is for a ventless/110V machine so essentially just dealing with extending the water lines. Any ideas on whether this is a good price or not?
