Hey All,

Looking for a heating recommendation (either person or company) that can come in and give a free estimate.

I have forced air heating in a new condo in south slope that has two levels. The first level gets great heat, but the bottom floor, or basement, gets pretty bad heat. If it is 75 degrees upstairs, it is probably 55 downstairs.

There is a return duct upstairs and none downstairs. Clearly the architect or designer dropped the ball and we are discussing different remedies with the selling company, but I was really looking for a reliable and independent person or company that could come out and take a look for free!
