Handyman’s Helper?


My husband has started a handyman business in Brooklyn in the last few years and he is fortunate enough to be very busy…but he has hit the point where he needs some help. He is looking to find a reliable assistant to work with him part time.

Since I sit at a desk (and he is out in the field), I said that I would ask around the e-community for ideas on how to find such a helper. Would appreciate any thoughts.

Free Kitchen Cabinets!


We are getting ready to remodel our kitchen and have wood cabinets and green granite counter-tops to donate (free)to anyone who is willing to take them away. YES, real wood. Real granite. Decent condition.

Two tall, double, pantry units (ceiling to floor – see pic); two double & one single wall/dish units; a small island unit; one double & two single floor cabinet units.

Will probably be ready to remove them next Thursday or Friday (Jan 14 or 15th). You pick up. South Slope.
