I am looking for a plasterer that can recreate plaster ceiling mouldings and coving and even possibly restore the “wedding cake design” on several walls (the design above the picture moulding); same design also on the parlor hallway ceiling.

Anyone have recommendations/experience (good or bad) and what the going rates are these days?
