rubber mats for outside?

We are attempting to make a small playspace in the back of our building. The ground is concrete and we want to put down some rubber mats or tiles to make it softer for the kids. We don’t want to spend too much money, however. Does anyone know of a decent, inexpensive floor mat/tile that is suitable for outdoor use and doesn’t require much maintenance? We can pull it up in the winter but the goal would be to keep it down from the Spring through the Fall.

structural engineer needed asap

Can anyone recommend a structural engineer? During demolition of our second floor apartment (in 4 story building), we discovered that the dumbwaiter walls appear to be load-bearing for the dumbwaiters in the two apartments above us. We had intended to remove the dumbwaiter entirely and now need to figure out a way to do this (if possible) while supporting the dumbwaiter walls above.
