Can anyone recommend a good home inspector that has worked on coops in the past? thanks in advance :)

what are your thoughts on that ares? still growing? getting better? we’re looking into purchasing o coop right off courtelyou though the maint fee’s are pretty high…hence the concern. any help would be greatly appreciated.
