Seeking Blyn Gas Service Reccomendation


Just moved into an old 80 apt coop at the south point of Prospect Park. Got electricity, but I see the bill does not have gas. We’re getting gas. Need to set up gas service billing I guess.

I read that Nat Grid delivers the gas, and then there are numerous gas suppliers(for less than Nat Grid).

What kind of tips do you all have for me?

Condo Owner Kicking Out


My wife and I are renting a condo in Brooklyn. The owner sent a deliver confirmation letter telling us to vacate in 60 days. There has been no problem. It is the end of the lease, but we want to renew. I called and she will not give any reason.

We have a normal lease. The clause with the 60 day notice requirement is if she sells the place, but she is not.

Can she just kick us out without cause at the end of the lease?
