I rent an apartment there and I just got a notice that the building has gone into foreclosure, is changing management, etc. I can’t say I’m surprised, given the sketchiness of the LL.

My question: There was no mention of eviction, but regardless, I am wondering if anybody knows the current state of the law regarding renters’ rights and landlord foreclosure in NYC. This is a large building with 75+ “market-rate” units.
