New Restaurant Contruction at 7th ave/Greenwood Cemetary
Anyone have info on what’s being built at 7th avenue and 19th street near the cemetary and car wash. Months ago, had heard a rumor someone was trying build a bar/beer garden here- but haven’t seen any details besides the permits on the fence saying ‘eating/drinking’ establishment.
might something intersting appear? Will it be a subway/pizza hut/taco bell to serve the car wash crowd? Anyone with any info?

traditional trim for aluminum/vinyl siding
I’ve seen some recent residing jobs in brooklyn where the quality of the trim around the windows is much nicer than usual and looks much more like traditional stock trim (rather than j channels with no trim.) Anyone have info on companies that do this kind of work? One side of our house has siding, and we’re considering fixing the trim, as an interim fix before the eventual replacement of the whole thing with hardiplank or cedar.

Brooklyn Greenway thru Greenwood
Anyone have info on the route and planning process for the part of the brooklyn greenway that will run past the greenwood area- hamilton ave to 3rd ave from prospect avenue to sunset park? The greenway.org documents don’t indicate this area as being clearly part of the gowanus or the sunset park planning stages. Are there any greenwood community organizations that are taking an active interest? Any help/info would be appreciated.

Nat Grid- Minisplit Installer?
Anyone used national grid to install their mini-split hvac system? Do they compare price and quality-wise to ther installers? Called them today, and they can have an estimator out tomorrow. The private companies seem much busier, and I’v had trouble getting someone to come estimate. Any recs on who is the best for this work?

Who Does Woodframe Exteriors?
Looking for recommendations for firms that do good exterior work on frames. South Slope Frame – looking to reside with cedar or hardiplank and fix casings and cornice.
I know of T&A Carpentry. Any other firms that specialize in this work? There are a lot of frames that have been recently redone in the neighborhood- if you own one and have had an experience, would appreciate it.

Kagan Style Oval Table $500 OBO
Kagan Style Glass Topped Coffee Table.
Table is in the style of Vladmir Kagan. Original Glass was stenciled and replaced with tempered glass for dog and child safety. Base is in good condition.
I can deliver to curbside to Brooklyn Locations.
Picture is another antiques dealer’s table of the same model. Mine is is very good shape. Will post a pic later tonight.
