Should we renovate our bathroom before selling?


We are preparing to sell our east village prewar apartment to move to Brooklyn. The apartment has been recently renovated except for the bathroom and I was wondering if anybody had any advice on whether we should re do the bathroom (which functions but doesn’t look very nice) before putting it on the market or just leave it as is?

Parlor Floor Wanted


I am interested in buying a parlor floor in a brownstone/ condo conversion. The ones that I have seen have been renovated poorly and cheaply. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a brownstone condo before it has been renovated?

Does anybody know if the brownstone conversion condos on the corner of S. Portland and Dekalb Avenues have been listed for sale?
