this place is currently being sold thru Corcoran – it was also posted here.
before the owners went to these jerks, they actually tried to sell the place on their own.

would anyone happen to have the original flyer from the owner – with his name/contact info on it?

i met him at the first opening (great guy!), but lost his info. before putting it up for sale, he had renters living in it. if the house doesn’t sell soon (which, given the the current market it may take awhile) i’d consider renting this place – if the owners up for it.

i think one of the owner’s name was craig?
can anyone send me an email, if you have his contact info – i know they’re currently residing in LA.
