Window sill replacement


Hi,
We need to rebuild the top parts of the sills on two of our windows. The wood is rotten and the paint is peeling. I have just tested them for lead and they tested positive, so we will also need to do some lead abatement. Can anyone recommend someone for this job? This would be non-landmarked and there’s no need to recreate any detail or anything too tricky.

Floor Repair Under Radiators


Does anyone have an idea of the cost to repair rotten parquet floorboards underneath (previously) leaky radiators? I don’t have the exact measurements of the radiators, but I would describe them as “slightly smaller than average”. The entire area under the radiators will need to be replaced. Also, does anyone have a recommendation for someone to do the work?
