Need an electrician: Hammered a nail into the wall, no more power to my AC unit.


Hi,
I recently purchased a condo and was decorating my bedroom with a shelf. After hammering a nail into the wall to mount the shelf I observed that there is no longer any power to the AC until. All the other sockets in the room are working.

Can someone please advise on an electrician that can help: 917-518-421.

Engineer needed


Hi All,
I’m very interested in purchasing a beautiful 4 story brownstone in Bed-Stuy. The current owners seems to have begun working on the propoerty but were unable to finish so sheet rock etc, reconfigured rooms, are in place but not complete. Can someone please recommend and engineer they’ve worked with who can further review the property?
