How to Assess Potential Tenants?


We are landlords for the first time— the space is kind of weird studio rental in our house. Are there some steps we should take before renting the space? Are there any online links to help people like us assess potential tenants? Thanks

We recently signed a contract for a house in Bayridge but the owner continues to have open houses every week. Is that normal? Should we contact our lawyer?

How does FHA work in Brooklyn?


We have just entered the market to buy a house/condo in the 500k range through FHA, but can’t find any listings in neighborhoods we like (Prospect Heights, Windsor Terrace, Crown Heights etc). Any condo we like, the developers are not going to apply for FHA approval?
Any tips???
