Do you think this is a good price or its a rip off. What do you think of the CROWN hot water tanks and boilers? Are they any good? Thanks again for all you feed back.

2 Family to 3 Family


update, The examiner signed off on all the objections pending a minor change on the plans. The following day my expediter return with the change and to get the plans approved, the examiner now said sorry but the entire building has to have sprinkler. What do I do? I have a copy with the examiner signature removing all the objections. Who do I contact?

Conversion and the DOB


DOB is playing games and I had enough of it. Can someone please advise me. We are converting from 2 fam to 3 fam. We went from filing plans with fire escape. Then we removed them and add sprinkler in hall ways only as per the 1st examiner. New examiner is now saying we need to sprinkle the entire building. Why are we getting jerked around. Do we have to sprinkle the entire build or not? Thanks all

General Contractor


I currently have a 203k repair loan. I have a family member thats not Licensed doing the work. I’m in need of a General Contractor who is Licensed to sign off on the job. I know there is a fee associated with this. The problem I’m having all the GC’s that was referred to me they have credit issues and the bank denies them.
I would like to thank everyone in advance who may know of a GC who will do such transaction.
