Looking for GC with dryer vent re-routing experience


Can anyone please recommend a reasonable, licensed/insured GC with experience re-routing dryer vents directly out the side of a building (as opposed to the current inefficient/unworkable venting all the way to the roof for the lower units in the building)? The project seems relatively simple — creating approx. 4′ hole in wall behind dryer, installing proper pipe, sealing and capping properly on exterior of wall. Finding licensed/insured GC with experience with this specific type of job has not been easy. Thanks.
