Renting a Storefront


My friend is interested in renting a storefront and the building is owned by two parties. One party told my friend that only one party, not both, will need to sign the lease. Is this true? She is nervous about doing this and may seek legal advice or look for another space.

heard that the house is in contract..i wonder if they close to the asking price of 3.5 mil, seems a bit high..does anyone have any idea?

Limited Liability Corp (LLC)


If a mixed use building is partly owned by a LLC, can someone from the LLC live in the building? I read somewhere that they can’t, please shed some light.
