I found a 1br condo in billyburg that I really like. It is priced well (around $600 per sq ft) as compared to the other overpriced condos in the area. It is located in the fringe area of williamsburg. Would anyone consider an offer of 80% (about $480 per sq ft) of the asking price too low? This is a new development and it has been market for about a year and is probably 70% sold.
