Water Pressure


Our building is located on 8th Avenue near the highest point in Park Slope. Water pressure entering our basement tops out at about 40 psi. Wondering if this is typical for the area?

Built-in Server Available


Looking for a new home for a built-in oak server from a 1902 Park Slope Limestone. Overall dimensions are 72w x 92h x 24d. The unit pulls out of its space and has scribing strips on either side which will allow for some adjustment. Will give it away to someone who can remove quickly and cleanly.
