Does anyone know—can I claim an energy tax credit in 2009 and again in 2010? Ie, if I’m ordering new energy efficient windows, if I pay $5000 in this calendar year for a certain number of windows and $5000 again in calendar year 2010 on another order for more windows, can I claim a tax credit of $1500 two times over? Or is the tax credit only available once? The information I’ve found online so far seems ambiguous. Thanks.
