coop sales records


I’m interested in a recently-built coop. The building was completed in 2004. I can’t find any apartment sales records however on the NYC dept. of Finance. Any idea why? I checked 2004-2007.

pacific/vanderbilt burglary?


a detective came knocking on every door this evening asking about a burglary that apparently happened on the block between underhill & vanderbilt. anyone hear anything?
