Hoosier Cabinet/Dry Sink

Restoring my kitchen and need to sell two nice items. I have had good luck with the Brownstoner crowd in the past.

First is c. 1920s “Napanee Dutch Kitchenet” cupboard made by Coppes Brothers and Zook in Napanee, Indiana. Oak, with enameled extendable countertop. 48 inches wide, total height of approx. 72 inches. Top half is approx. 39 inches high, 12 inches deep. Bottom half is 32 inches high, 24 inches deep. Enameled metal countertop on bottom half is 26 inches deep, can be pulled out to extend beyond the cupboard. Top cupboard has rolltop center section, topped by two small doors, with a larger door on either side. One cupboard includes original flour bin and sifter. Bottom cupboard has two shallow silverware drawers, two doors, two deeper drawers on one side. Condition is pretty good; some repairs have been made, bread cutting boards are missing (slots for the bread boards are above the shallow drawers). I am looking for around $1500.

Second item is pine “dry sink” cupboard with metal (zinc?) top. Stained a dark chestnut color. Ten years old. Two drawers, two doors, with half shelf across interior (fixed position), beadboard backsplash. Dimensions: 48” wide, 20” deep, 44” high (37 ½ to counter top, plus 6 1/2 “ backsplash, with 5” deep shelf).
Excellent condition, some slight corrosion of metal top. I am thinking around $500.

Location: Carroll Gardens

Architectural Salvage Warehouse

Has anyone ever gone to the Architectural Salvage Warehouse on Berry Street? Is it worthwhile? Is it even still in existence?

Finial for a Gate

Does anyone know who I can contact about getting a metal part cast for the top of an iron gate? The iron finials on both posts are missing. Alternatively, where’s the best source of architectural salvage for something like this?
