Please be advised that there have been a number of cars broken into in the Park Slope area, these petty thieves are looking for GPS, Ipods, Speakerphones, money, etc. Dont leave your GPS clamp on your window. These men are described as either white or hispanic, one has very short hair, almost bald, one carries a Blue Duffel Bag, they have hit several blocks in the slopes. They take their newly stolen items to local car services to sell for petty money, leaving u with damage, money spent & items gone, keep your eyes open & post signs on your block describing auto break ins, maybe they will think twice… P.S. they have even broken into cars in the late afternoon when it is still light out.
