Wondering people’s thoughts on whether or not brownstone Brooklyn – specifically Bed Stuy and surrounding area – would benefit from a business that would offer a sort of brownstone lifestyle store that would be run out of our home on an appointment-only basis to keep costs down. We would offer things like decorative mouldings such as ceiling medallions, paint removal rentals, furniture refinishing, high-end re-upholstery, etc.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
