Illegal at 110 4 Ave?


I learned that a building must have a certificate of occupancy for the landlord to be able to rent it out to tenants. I rented at 110 4th Avenue, and found out the building doesn’t have the certificate. We moved in, and I already live here!!!? What should I do? Could they throw me out?
