i hope some of u can offer me assistance in figuring out what would be a fair charge for a year’s gas in a bedstuy garden duplex..the house is a 4-story brownstone built in 1899..the 2 of us live in a duplex apt. occupying the garden and parlor levels..the thermostat normally moves between 68 and 70 degrees..we have a washer and dryer that run about twice weekly on average..
i’d like very much to know what some other folks in the same setup are paying for gas annually..thanks in advance for any help u might offer..
