Manhandled Glass Table
I have a glass dining table that is sandblasted (or so I thought) on the underside. Finger prints and smudge marks are now all over the underside of the table, destroying the translucent look.
- I can’t figure out how fingerprints got on the underside. Unless I have little people that come out at night and dance under it.
- Also, I now don’t think it is sandblasted, but a coated glass.
The finger prints and smudge marks are driving me nuts. Is there anything I can do to remove the film that was put on it to give it translucency and make it clear glass?
The table was custom made a couple of years ago and we can’t track down the guy who made it. I’ve asked a few contractors, nobody seems to know, or want to handle the glass (3/8†thk.).
Any Advice?
Thanks and Have a Good Weekend.

Crown Height & Bed Sty – Walking Around
Huby and I are going to spend some time walking around crown heights and bed sty this weekend.
Besides the obvious landmarked streets (I have maps of both landmarked areas), and my trusty AIA Guide. What are other great streets to walk on? What are the commercial streets? What about a nice place for lunch, dinner, a good bakery, dry cleaners, supermarkets. etc. What streets shouldn’t we walk on..wink, wink -(we’ll walk on them also).
We’re interested in the commerical streets, to see what the nabes have to offer. We also love architecture…and a good chocolate cake.

RE Agent in Crown Heights & Bed Sty
Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent that deals with Crown Heights and Bed Sty. We’ve been looking, to buy, on and off, half- heartedly on-line, and if something catches our eye, we go check it out. We’d like to concentrate our efforts and find something.
I’d like an agent in the area. Someone that knows the neighborhoods. Not just someone selling a house there. (Been to a couple of open houses and asked where the nearest train station is, and the agent didn’t know.)
Any recommendations?
