Looking to Buy condo in Brroklyn


My wife and I are looking to buy a condo in Brooklyn, we are looking to spend apx 400k for a 1 bedroom. Williamsburg is not for us. We love DUMBO but obviously can’t afford it there. Any recommendations on locations and realtors?
